We have experience in determining rated ages to better utilize the dollars for the benefit of the claimant. We can and will prepare the settlement agreement (to be reviewed by the counsel), along with the Uniform Qualified Assignment, or, simply review what has been prepared and offer suggestions.
Our normal method of determining cost/benefits is to provide a spread sheet indicating all providers, their individual ratings and the proposed benefits. The client is then able to choose which provider would best suit their individual needs. In this manner, each file has documentation that indicates personalized homework has been done. This type of preparation minimized future litigation.
Economic Horizons does not give preferential advantage to any particular provider. All companies are considered equal. Our focus is on the cost/benefit that is tailored to each claimant’s needs, not the next company’s sponsor’s “TRIP”.
